Too much time goes into speech and listening, it
takes you far away from your core values. If you look at any modern religion,
there's a prescription for silent contemplation written all over it. Your

The fundamental beginning of divinity is to shut out
other voices. I think that's essential. And by other voices I mean the people
who are talking to you and trying to drown out the real voices coming from
