“Tried that a few
times, just like Shirley MacLaine did in her book and autobiographical movie, Out
on a Limb (1983). In the movie a psychic guy uses his mental powers to
drive a jeep down a heavily-rutted back road in the Andes mountains—with his eyes
closed!
“On my first try, I
ran over a raccoon. On my second try, I hit a curb, swerved into oncoming
traffic and then clipped an old man in an electric wheelchair. No harm done.
Then on my third try, I totally totaled my BMW against a tree. That really
sucked. Training yourself to use ‘The Force’ can be expensive and maybe even a little
dangerous for others.
“Just imagine if I
had a light-saber! I’m thinking of buying one online from the same guy in China
who makes the pink “cure-cancer” ribbons that are magnetic and stick to your
car. I saw an ad for the light-saber on his website.
“You have to be
careful when you try to emulate people who are as spiritually advanced as
Shirley MacLaine. I believe she can do a face-lift and tummy-tuck just with the
psychic powers of her will, and maybe with the help of one of those psychic
surgeons in Brazil.”
